I’ve been working with David the past few days and can I just say—he’s awesome to work with! Every experience has been met with professionalism, kindness and detailed to my specific needs. I want to especially thank David Pagan and Pam Walling. David has provided much needed foresight, instruction and support for our transfer of insurance to Texas, in what I can only describe as over and above. He answered questions that I didn't know to ask. He called to ensure that I had my ducks in a row in a timely manner and even checked in with me after my move and continued to work on my behalf. When I was at the Registration Department, after waiting a lengthy time to be called to the desk, I found that I needed a declaration page. I reached out to Vincent's office and Pam Walling couldn't have been more helpful. She was the picture of kindness and poise in what felt like a very stressful situation for me. I received my declaration page immediately! If I ever relocate to the RTP area, I know exactly where to go, as Vincent has created an outstanding team. Lastly, I would like to say "hello" to Kelly!
